Our Return Policy
For unused products, we will give you a full refund for the products you send back.
- Email our service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the parts you like to return, your order number, and the name used to place the original order.
- We will reply to the email within 24 hours letting you know the return process has begun. We will then send you an email with UPS Return Label that you can print out and stick on the box. (The email will come from UPS so you may need to check your spam/trash folder)
- You will also be given a tracking number on the return label that was sent to you. Please use this to track the order back to our warehouse
- Once we receive the package(s) there will then be a 2-business day processing period where we will verify the correct items have been sent back and are in resellable condition. After this, on the third business day, you will be refunded through the site on the card you originally used to pay. You will also receive an email notifying you that you have been refunded.
For used products, we take it on a case-by-case format.
- Email our service team (email@example.com) with the parts you like to return, your order number, Photos of the items, a phone number you can be reached at and the name used to place the original order.
- We will respond via email or we will call you about your return with 24 hours.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (the short time-frame is due to the fact we ship same business day if the order is placed before 1pm EST) and you will be refunded in full. If past the 24-hour time frame please see the return policy for unused items to find your next steps.
